The forms on this site collect only the data you provide voluntarily:

- the product or industry you are interested in;
- dimensions and technical parameters;
- estimated volume and frequency;
- message text or technical brief;
- technical data your browser sends automatically that is required for the form to work.
Purpose of processing
The data is used to:
- process your request;
- clarify order parameters;
- prepare a commercial offer;
- contact you;
- arrange further business communication.
We do not use this data for marketing mailouts and do not share it with partners for marketing purposes.
How requests are transmitted
Request transmission
A request submitted through a form is sent via the Formspree service, which acts as the technical processor and form backend. Data is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection, after which the request is delivered to authorised representatives of PPF ROST.
Data processors and recipients
Technical processing and delivery of requests is carried out by Formspree. This processing is performed in accordance with that service's terms of use and privacy policy. Technical processing by Formspree may take place outside the user's country in accordance with Formspree's privacy policy and applicable data protection safeguards.
Data retention
Data is retained for the period reasonably required to process the request, prepare an offer, continue business communication and meet applicable legal obligations. The technical retention period for submission copies within Formspree depends on the service settings and applicable plan.
Your rights
You may contact us to:
- access your data;
- correct it;
- delete it, where there is no lawful basis for further retention;
- stop further communication.

Security
The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection. Access to submissions is limited to authorised personnel only. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet can guarantee absolute security.
