Which bags do you produce?
The core product is flat packing bags. Die-cut handle bags are made by request. T-shirt bags are technically possible but are not a core serial product.
What dimensions and thickness are available?
Minimum width is from 150 mm and the approximate maximum total width including side gussets is up to 1050 mm. Standard length is up to 1500 mm; larger dimensions are possible once material, thickness and bag configuration are agreed. Thickness is 8–270 microns.
Are side gussets and air-release holes possible?
Yes. Side gussets, perforation and air-release holes are made to order. Gusset parameters are agreed individually for the bag configuration.
Do you make bags for food-product packaging?
Yes. Those bags are produced from virgin material, and the sanitary and hygienic conclusion also covers the finished polyethylene bags used for food packaging. It applies to those formulations, so please state the intended use in your enquiry.
How are finished bags packed?
The standard packing quantity is 100 bags per pack; 50 bags or another quantity can be agreed. Each pack is placed in a separate polyethylene outer pack, which is sealed and labelled, and transport packing is then prepared.
What is the minimum order and the production time?
The commercially relevant minimum order is from 100 kg. Approximate production time is from 7 working days after the parameters are agreed.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. We can send a similar existing sample for faster evaluation, or produce an individual sample to your dimensions.
Do you deliver across Ukraine?
Yes, we ship throughout Ukraine via transport companies.
