Which film formats do you produce?
Sleeve, half-sleeve, sheet/web, gusseted sleeve and embossed sleeve. The format is selected for your packing method and equipment.
What width and thickness are available?
Minimum width is from 150 mm, maximum sleeve width is up to 1300 mm, half-sleeve unfolded width is up to 2600 mm and sheet/web is up to 1300 mm. Thickness is 7–250 microns. The final combination of width and thickness depends on the intended product.
Which raw materials can be used?
Virgin and recycled LDPE, virgin HDPE, LDPE/HDPE blends and blends of virgin and recycled polyethylene, as well as formulations with calcium carbonate filler. The material is selected for the properties the product requires.
Do you produce film for food-product packaging?
Yes. For food-product packaging we use virgin raw material. The formulation and parameters are agreed separately according to the customer's task. We hold a sanitary and hygienic conclusion for polyethylene film.
What are the roll parameters?
The standard cardboard core internal diameter is 76 mm and a typical roll weighs approximately 25 kg. Roll length and weight can be agreed for your equipment.
What is the minimum order and the production time?
The commercially relevant minimum order is from 100 kg. Approximate production time is from 5 working days after the technical parameters are agreed and the order is accepted into production.
Can I get a sample before a serial order?
Yes, a sample can be provided before a serial order is started.
Do you deliver across Ukraine?
Yes, we ship throughout Ukraine via transport companies.
