What we check

Film and shrink film

We check width, thickness, roll weight and visual appearance. Roll specifications and format are agreed for the equipment and packaging application.

Bags and liners

For bags, we check dimensions, thickness, appearance, weld strength and pack count. For liners, we check dimensions, thickness, appearance, pack count and bottom-seam quality.

Food-packaging materials

We use virgin material for food packaging. Our sanitary and hygienic conclusion covers polyethylene film and finished polyethylene food-packaging bags made with the applicable formulations. Intended use, formulation and specifications are agreed with a manager. This coverage does not automatically extend to every product or variant.

What to include in your request

Specify the packed product, operating conditions and documentation requirements. A manager will clarify whether the existing conclusion applies to your order. If other documents or tests are required, agree them before placing the order.

A sample before a production order

For shrink film, we recommend testing a sample on the packaging line before a production order. Sample manufacturing and delivery terms depend on the product and are agreed separately.
